Mushroom Bruscetta

40g of olive oil
30g of butter
10g of garlic cloves
350g of mushrooms
1 juice of lemon
A pinch of salt
A pinch of paprika powder
10g of fruit jelly
7g of chives
5g of fresh basil
290g of bread of your choice
100g of feta cheese
100 g of mozzarella
1. Mince the garlic, add the basic, the chives add a bit of lemon
2. Cut the mushrooms in slices, drizzle with lemon. In a small food processor, place the mozzarella and feta, chop.
3 Cut the bread into slices that are neither too thick nor too thin. In a pan, heat the oil and the butter, add the garlic and the mushrooms, mix, cook for 5 minutes.
4. As soon as the mushrooms have lost their juice, add the salt, sprinkle with paprika, pour in fruit jelly, mix well. There should be no liquid left.
5. In a blender, place the mushrooms, chives and basil, chop. Place the chopped mushrooms on the bread, sprinkle with the cheeses, then place them on the baking tray.
6. Bake for about 10 to 12 minutes until the bruschetta browns. serve hot, warm or cold as appropriate.
