Goat Cheese Cake for the Apero!

5g butter (for the mold)
210g flour
1/4 teaspoon of dried or fresh cilantro
A pinch of ground pepper
4 large eggs
2 teaspoons of baking powder
Pinch of salt
35g olive oil
100g whole milk
55g full cream
65g green or black olives
55g sun-dried tomatoes 3
35g goat cheese
Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
Drain the olives, cut them into thin slices, cut the dried tomatoes and the goat cheese into cubes. Butter the cake pan.
Mix the flour with the coriander, pepper and mix it. In the mixer bowl, add the eggs, the yeast, the salt, the oil, the milk and the cream.
Add the flour into the mixer bowl, mix well. Finally add the olives, the tomatoes, the cheese and pour into the cake mould.
Let it bake for 45 to 60 minutes.
