Delicious Tuna Tart, a wonderful hors d'oeuvre to impress your guests!

Summer is here! What about sharing a delicious hors d'oeuvre on a terrace?
Tuna tart ingredients:
Butter Puff Pastry (you can buy it ready, just leave it out on your counter for a 2 hours before using
2 Tablespoons of Dijon mustard
3 Tablespoons of bread crumbs
1 tuna can in olive oil (around 5oz) - mash it with a fork in a bowl with the olive oil in the can
8 oz of creme fraiche
2 green onions finely chopped
1 tomato finely chopped
2 tablespoons of dill
2 tablespoons of capers
half a bell pepper finely chopped (could be green, yellow or red)
1. Roll out the puff pastry in a tart mold, spread the Dijon mustard then the bread crumbs
2. In a separate bowl mix the tuna, creme fraiche, onions, tomato, dill, capers, bell pepper. The mixture will become creamy.
3. Spread it over the puff pastry and put it in the oven for 45 minutes on 350 degrees
Let it cool down before you cut an eat.
